Call for Posters
We invite researchers at all levels to submit 2-page papers describing their latest work in robotics, AI, and related fields.

Poster Session Details
- All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters during the 2-day event, which will be held on Oct. 31-Nov. 1, 2025 at Arizona State University.
- The presenters are responsible for arranging the printing of their own posters.
- Poster guidelines:
- Each poster will be mounted on a 2′ x 3′ foam board provided by us, which can be positioned in either portrait or landscape format (your choice). Double-sided tape or T-pins will be provided for you to attach your poster to your foam board. Your poster number will be indicated on your assigned foam board at the conference venue (Memorial Union Ventana Ballroom).
- Poster presentations are being scheduled for each day, and posters should be set up by 8:00 am on the day your poster is scheduled.
Workshop volunteers will be available beginning at 7:30 am each day, should you need assistance.
- A limited number of presenters will also be invited to deliver a 3-minute oral pitch.
